As part of a succession plan, we are seeking a dedicated leader to strengthen our team in Sweden and further expand our market presence.
- Location: Southern Sweden (Skåne, Halland (up to Halmstad), Kronoberg, Blekinge, Kalmar (including Öland), Jönköping)

Do you like working closely with customers, engaging in diverse projects, and being part of a small, dynamic team where your contribution truly matters? - For our Swedish subsidiary, Theben Electronics AB, we are looking for you — a hands-on sales professional with strong KNX know-how and a passion for intelligent building solutions.
Your Role
- You actively drive pre-sales activities and specification work together with electrical contractors, planners, and consultants
- Close cooperation with system integrators is an essential part of your daily work
- You organize and carry out customer events, product presentations and trade fairs
- Conducting technical training sessions and workshops for customers and partners belongs to your responsibilities
- You actively strengthen brand awareness and identify new sales opportunities in the region
- Managing and developing relationships with electrical wholesale (EWS) customers rounds off your role
Your Background
- You bring experience in sales of technically complex products, ideally in the electrical or building automation industry
- A completed qualification as an electrician or a comparable technical background supports your profile
- Advanced KNX knowledge is essential; DALI knowledge is a plus
- Ideally, you are familiar with the Swedish market for building automation and have an active business network
- You feel comfortable working with MS Office applications
- You speak fluent Swedish and have good English skills
