As part of a succession plan, we are seeking a dedicated leader to strengthen our team in Sweden and further expand our market presence.

Location: Southern Sweden (Skåne, Halland (up to Halmstad), Kronoberg, Blekinge, Kalmar (including Öland), Jönköping)

For our Swedish subsidiary, Theben Electronics AB, we are looking for you — a business-driven and technically interested sales representative with a focus on lighting control, building automation and relationship building in the installation industry.
Your mission
- You identify and drive business opportunities with a focus on lighting control and building automation
- You work actively to build and develop relationships with electrical wholesalers and their organizations
- You run pre-sales activities and project specification together with installers, designers and consultants
- You work closely with system integrators and other partners in the industry
- You plan and execute customer events, product presentations and trade fairs
- You strengthen brand awareness and develop the market in your region
Your background
- You have experience in technical sales, preferably in electricity, lighting or building automation
- You have an education as an electrician or equivalent technical background
- Experience with DALI or lighting control is highly meritorious
- Knowledge in KNX is a merit but not a requirement
- You should preferably have good knowledge of the Swedish installation market and an established network
- You are used to working in MS Office
- You speak fluent Swedish and have good knowledge of English
